About the company

Interprovincial Canaria de Servicios y Construcciones S.A., has been making possible, for the last 20 years the most varied projects of civil and public construction, real estate and institutional buildings. A Spanish company based in the Canary Islands and integrated within the Interprovincial group, whose main line of business is the promotion and construction of real estate, although in the last few decades we have expanded with success into other branches of the sector, developing the following activities:

Promotion, urbanization and construction of residential complexes.
Promotion and construction of real estate, both public and private.
Construction of corporative buildings.
Comprehensive development of projects for building restoration.
Contracting of State constructions.

The company counts with a multi disciplined team, made up of over 30 people, who perform their activities in the technical, commercial, administrative and legal department, this team of professionals with great qualifications and experience is the fundamental basis of the company.
